MEET THE STAFF

Dulamsuren Bayarsaikhan

Office Manager & Bookkeeper

Dulamsuren, originally from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Finance from Webster University. With over a decade of bookkeeping experience, she is eager to apply her skills to environmental causes. A nature enthusiast, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her three children and has called St. Louis home for over 10 years.

Natalie Johnson

Executive Director

Natalie is an experienced environmental professional with a passion for improving water quality. With over 20 years in advocacy and conservation, and a decade in various nonprofit leadership roles, she’s committed to making a difference. She holds Bachelor degrees in Biology and Secondary Education from the University of MO, and a Masters degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from the University of IL. In her free time, Natalie enjoys kayaking, camping, and exploring the outdoors with her family.

Zac McMillan

Director of Development & External Relations

Zac has worked in fundraising for nearly 10 years, serving non-profits all throughout St. Louis. During that time, he has served organizations focused on higher education, the arts, and adolescent healthcare as a fundraising specialist. Zac, along with his wife and two children, love to spend time exploring the wild spaces that both Missouri and southern Illinois have to offer as often as possible. With a passion for building community, Zac is excited to connect with the amazing advocates of environmental protection connected with the Center.

Bob Menees, JD, LLM

Staff Attorney

Bob is dedicated to protecting water quality and promoting environmental justice.  He holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from Northwestern University, a law degree from Southern Illinois University, and an LLM in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from Lewis and Clark College.   He served as a Missouri Assistant Attorney General in the Agriculture and Environment Division prior to joining Great Rivers.  Bob is a devout yogi and vegan, and enjoys foraging, biking, and paddling in Missouri’s abundant forests and waterways with his wife and two daughters.

Bruce morrison, JD

General Counsel

Bruce has been with Great Rivers Environmental Law Center since its founding, handling cases that protect parks, air quality, and regional waterways. He holds degrees from Purdue University and Washington University School of Law. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Bruce bikes to work year-round, swims laps in the summer, and still enjoys camping and kayaking—despite his body’s occasional protests.

Sarah Rubenstein, JD

Staff Attorney

Sarah brings over 20 years of litigation experience to Great Rivers Environmental Law Center, including private practice and work with Washington University’s Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic. Driven by her passion for environmental protection, she earned her law degree from the University of Chicago and graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, horseback riding, and traveling.

Caitlin Stiltner, JD

Staff Attorney

Caitlin is passionate about conserving wild spaces, clean air, and water while advocating for environmental justice. She holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Ecology from the University of Colorado and a J.D. with an Environmental Law certificate from Lewis & Clark Law School. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Rocky.
